I always love people who assume that complaining about prices is about complaining about the price tag instead of the value written on it.I always love people who want something for nothing. People who don't value the work of others. $49 to update a program as powerful as Parallels is chump change. If it is too much for you, you don't need Parallels. People are entitled to be paid for their labors.
And the price doesn't change that I need the software. What crazy assumption is that?
If people found a way to charge for the air you breathe it could be made expensive, but you'd still need it.
Now granted, this is an overblown comparison, but just so that you get the underlying principle.
