I was very underwhelmed by this movie. Firstly, it was not even a little scary. Second, it was BORING! This movie could easily have been a short film. The ending was completely lame. There were some cool moments, but overall it was disappointing.

I saw this a few weeks ago. It was fantastic. I'm a huge horror fan (I even sometimes go to the Fangoria conventions and whatnot) and think this movie was easily one of the best "horror" movies in recent years. Definitely one of the creepiest and most genuinely scary movies in a long time.

Tip: never see a horror movie on a Friday or Saturday night. That's when you have to deal with stupid people in the theater. Also, when people laugh in a scary movie, it's not because they think something is actually funny. Instead, they laugh because the act of laughing is a natural response which helps the body ease a sense of fear and to calm the person down.

the cat had resurrected this thread from the dead...hehe jk

So yesterday, with the premiere of Twilight: Eclipse, movie theaters around the US started to show trailers of the new Paranormal Activity 2,

here is the official trailer in HD.

Baby is in crib but not in mirror. Then baby is not in crib but is in mirror. WTF? and dogs reflection does not match and that lady!

thinking at the time that the clip might be a tad too frightening for younger Twilight fans.
Apparently I was right. Variety is reporting that the theatre operator Cinemark has pulled the trailer for PA2 from several cinemas in Texas following complaints that it is too scary.

It's schedule to come out Halloween.
