yes but it takes a long time to port back into Verizon.

Yeah the business's im working with wants to test one on Friday. Need to get as many as I can before then though but one of my accounts is frozen! Getting help though from a friend of mines account.

My rep was saying it was probably a computer generated hold. She wouldn't lift it after I verified my account. Said there was a lot of lines and maybe will be on hold till I pay the bill. Which I'm sure will be over $2000 when I get it.

I called this number, and I tried to go the 3 (online sale whatever), and then 1 (online purchase blah blah). Right after the recording says it's going to connect me to a rep, nothing happens and the phone call ends. Should I just pick a different department and go from there, even though its the complete wrong area lol?

What kind of BB hold ? If you are Bled at BB dot com, you won't be able to upgrade phone either in store or online. It's BB internal block.

It's the error message right before checkout after entering the verizon phone line details the second time. It says something like the Verizon service is unavailable or something.

When I ported my number to my UDP line via Page Plus I bought the $12.00 plan https://www.pagepluscellular.com/plans/ (first plan you see on the page when you scroll down).
 
Pretty ridiculous how a normal in store pickup for an item takes roughly 20-30 minutes each time. What's worse is when they have to call core and it ends up being almost an hour. Then they looked at me weird when I come right back to pick up the next phone. Haha
 
Just spent twenty on the phone with the AOL department but the girl said I would have to change my plan in order to create a subaccount and move the TDP line to it. She said that since we have UDP we should never, ever change the plan because Verizon has to change the existing plan in order to move it. Is there another way to setup a subaccount? I have called AOL three times today and wasted nearly two hours...

The new phone was activated. It is the new line that has not been activated. This is not an apple problem so calling apple is a waste of time and calling Verizon will result in you losing UDP and being put on the 2GB plan.

From what people have said here and in the closed thread, the new line will eventually show up. And if it doesn't, then you got a subsidized phone w/o a 2 year contract and can add a new UDP line selecting p/u in-store and get another subsidized phone.

If you are uncomfortable with this, return the phone and start over selecting p/u in-store.

OK today is original deliver date line still is not showing up on Verizon even as a pending order, but apple allows me to buy another iphone and line. Do i still just wait?

What line are you attempting to place into a sub account by itself? The TDP share everything line or your UDP line?

Not true. Call back. When they move a TDP line into a subaccount they move it as a single line family share plan with the same min/text/data it had as part of the family share. The family share in the main account is not touched.

what is the downside of waiting? You end up with 2 UDP lines and can't AOL one of them?

Thanks, Jules. Will try a fourth time. It is frustrating trying to get a rep to do it. All I want to do is add a UDP to my 1400 t&t NW plan for my preteen and get rid of her TDP.

Just did my sister's upgrade and it seemed to go well. Both the iPhone 6 and her old UDP are now listed in the account. Thanks to all for the helpful info.

Does anyone know if there's an AT&T version of the above? I have a ton of unused rollover minutes; I'd like to move down to the cheapest-possible monthly plan for a while until the rollover minutes have been used. Thanks.

It is frustrating but worth the effort. You just have to tell them how they should do it. They simply move the TDP line as a single line family share plan into a subaccount with the same number of minutes and texts as the main account family share plan has and the same TDP.

They do not do anything to the family share plan in the main account.
 
Since I picked up my iphone 6+ in store and the apple rep turned it on, does tht mean my phone is "locked"? Trying to make sure I have everything understood so I can put it up for sell.

It's not locked, but it is on your line. Put another device on your line and that will kick the iP6+ off of your line. Then remove the SIM card and sell it. Make sure iMessage and Find My iPhone are off and don't set a passcode.
 
Omg... just got off the phone with pageplus after 30min, just for them to tell me that they won't port my number with the $10 minutes PIN because I have a 4G phone and I HAVE to buy the $30 plan to be able to port my number.... WTF

edit: I'm starting to wish I had just purchased a stupid Note 4 for retail and skipped all this nonsense.

I cant afford to wait that long for my number to come back though. Does anyone have a 3g device MEID/ESN I can just use temporarily or something lol
