Its 11pm local time based on your cell phone number. They are open till 2AM EST (11Pm PST) but EST people can't connect to the Customer service after 11PM EST and so forth.

She called from her CST timezone. didnt connect..... i'd be rather be safe than sorry...

Well I'm at the Apple store trying to add one last line. It didn't show UDP as an option this time. Shoot. Too late for in store pickup too.

Guess I got my last phone.

I have a texas number but i live in NJ now. If i call from my land line and enter my number, it won't connect after 11pm but if call from my texas number, it connected. This happened few days ago

hahaha... funny you should say that.... one of my last lines went to a guy who is vacationing in Hawaii..... my heart is pounding, and he's really taking his time.... maybe he still has 6 hours...

Unlimited iPhone displays online... But I can't do in-store pickup because my store is closing.

Tried to add line in store, but UDP didn't show up. I have 1400 shared nationwide talk text family share.

Add a line in store worked before.
