:D I'd consider it, but I'm paying $60/month after taxes (with corporate discount) for a UDP with 450 minutes plus rollover and 200 texts. It's noticeably cheaper than the VZW UDP I just picked up. I'm considering my options as the AT&T account is out of contract. I might "unofficially" transfer it to my parents, who are thinking about moving away from Sprint and would easily take a subsidized iPhone or Moto X on contract.

True, but I've only hit the 5GB limit once in the last year. It's the lack of hotspot and AT&T's ability to shut down use in an iPad that are the most annoying. I've hit the 3GB allocation on my T-Mobile iPad a few times now, so am looking forward to VZW's inability to do anything about my use of their iPhone SIM in my iPad.
 
I bet aol udp line transfer be back in week. How much money is verizon making on 35 activation fees and new subscribers, they are getting free advertisement and 2400 for contract on 450 investment. I wonder if prices of iphones are gone go up ? Apple is going to loose tons of sales and they will put pressure on verizon

iPhones are flying off the shelves as quickly as Apple can put them on. I doubt they really care, not that they are motivated to fix the "glitch" either.
 
FWIW I just picked up a phone at 10:15pm EST, immediately called to AOL it, and after being on hold for like 20m, got through. Receiving party is on the phone with them now, so hopefully it goes through in time.

Apple.com DOES still let me create new lines with UDP.

Well yeah, the only reason I get as high as I get every month is b/c I tether FOR FREE ON MY ROOTED AND UNLOCKED ANDROID!!!!!

Got a question. Received a phone today in the mail. I have a UDP line activated on line on my account. The iPhone 6 won't activate but I poped out the Sim put in another phone and phone is now activated. Pop back the sim in the new iPhone 6 and wont get past the activating screen. What should I do. Seems I was able to successfully activate the UDP line but not the iPhone. Should I take it to Verizon or the Apple Store? Bought the phone off Apple.com
