I would imagine you're gonna be having a transformative experience.

14PM is a great phone but also a serious CHONKER.

Even going 14Pm to 16+ was a revelation in my case.

We have a 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max in the family, surprises me how it feels when I pick them up. First thought is weight, second is how hard the edges are (compared to the slight rounding they did with the 15 and 16).

Side note: I was so happy with the reduction in weight when I got the 15 Pro Max, didn't realize the year after weight increased again (and now again by a bit for 17 Pro/Max). But honestly I think they're more happy to take those liberties with the iPhone Pro now that they can use the Air to focus on a more thin and light premium device.

Interesting, I didn’t know they rounded the edges of the 15 and 16. The sharp edges of my 13 pro have never been comfortable so I’m hoping the Air has more rounded edges.

15 Pro Max. I actually don't mind the size that much (and weight is doable) - it was my first large-size iPhone, before that it was 13 Pro, 12 Pro, and then X. But it is just "slightly too big", I'm hoping the Air's 6.5" size could be the goldilocks size for me.

Oh yeah. I always found the 12/13/14 had a gorgeous look with the flat sides but never four them as comfortable as previous phones with rounded edges. The 15/16 still kept flat sides but rounded them just enough to feel way more comfortable.
