I am going to guess the official release time will be around 9:30am PST. Just my guess. I have no memory of Apple releasing updates in the middle of the night, so a little after the normal business of the day has started seems reasonable. Those of you waiting up, prepare to be exhausted tomorrow.

There's another post predicting 6AM as that's when it'll be midnight in Hawaii (and hence 6/17 in the entire US)...I think that seems about right.
