Phone prior to iPhone?

I am curious, for those who went out and purchased the new iPhone 4.. what phone did you have beforehand?


I had the LG Keybo with Koodo - now I have ip4 with Bell

I love it.

One of the first slim Black Berry units. The BB8800. Still have it. Edge only phone. Worked great though. Absolutely miss the battery life.

iPhone 3G. Prior to that.....dun dun dun.....T-Mobile Dash. HATED that freakin phone.

Before my 4 I had the iPhone 3G. Before that I had a landline and a hardly-used $20 Motorola Tracfone. I was a few dollars richer then. But now I'm richer in resources.

Blackberry 8320 Curve, a good phone but didn't do a lot of things at all (like going on the internet was a trial, the apps were awful, and other stuff). Before that the Nokia 3555, which was a great little not-smart phone. Really worked well and I am sort of sorry that I was sweet talked out of using it in favor of the Blackberry.

Before that a Nokia 301 which was wonderful. I loved that phone and only gave it up because the battery ended up costing too much to replace.

I've had an iPod touch since Dec 2008. Used it all the time - with the release of the iPhone 4 decided to finally get an iPhone (and the 3 year contract that goes with it .)

Before my iPhone 4 I had:

Blackberry Bold 9000
Before that I had a Razr with a BB 8700 (work pays for data but not phone).
Before that I had the same Razr with a BB 7290.

My work bought the 7290 and 8700 for me. It was a separate AT&T account. I got tired of carryin both so I bought the 9000. I got the iPhone 4 last week and sold my 9000 on EBay for $175.

Haha, iPhone 3GS was my last phone prior to my iP4. Before the 3GS was the original iPhone. Haha guess my signature says it already. But I had a Samsung t619 and Motorola V300. Cannot believed I even used those phones.

Nokia 8800 one of my favourites with the stainless steel body. Still one of the best looking phones but it had poor features.
