Phone prior to iPhone?

Being a cell phone user for more years then I care to remember, but these are the highlights.

I loved my Blackberry, but I think the 3GS has spoiled me from anything but an iPhone - at least for now.

* - I have a complimentary Verizon VIP account thru one of the musicians I play with. I also got the BB Storm for free. When this came along I had just purchased an iPhone 3G and was still under contract with ATT so I just turned down the plan as much as possible (wife and I have a FamilyTalk plan) so I've also had an active iPhone as well. I cannot stand the BB storm anymore (its that horrible) so it will only get turned on when I travel overseas (since its free for me). Also tired of juggling two phones so 3G is going to my wife who hasn't had an iPhone yet and I got the iP4. :)

Before my i4, I had a Nexus One and it was hands down the most USEFUL phone i've ever had. Much faster than this 4th gen iPhone I have too. Makes my i seem a little ancient. Plus I wasn't as WOWED as others with a bump in resolution -- Considering its hard for the naked eye to notice any difference between the Nexus screen and the i4.

Plus I never dropped a call on my Nexus. i could go on and on. Thank you corporate america for picking up my tab and giving me ****** hardware.
