Found this. May be fake.

Isn't that alleged 3D camera module just a photo of the lens separated from the sensor?

Touch ID will never be on the back of an iPhone. Okay? It is embarrassingly terrible design that Apple would never consider for a fleeting second.

You will unlock your phone via facial recognition or you won't have the latest iPhone. It's really as simple as that.

How exactly is it an "embarrassingly terrible design"? If anything its far superior in speed and security to vast number of competitors.

This might be due to the facial recognition system requiring high resolution front facing cameras.

If this is the case, they’ve blown it. This thing only works as mindblowingly as it needs to do if it’s 3D scanning your face for the requisite recognition points. Anything that relies on purely photographic data is going to be prone to errors dependent on lighting conditions and that would be a severe regression from TouchID.

Would you like to put a wager on this?

Hahah. Yeah you're probably right...it probably won't have an OLED display at 5.8", with a smaller 'main display area'. It probably won't have a cutout in the top of the display. It probably won't have 3D image sensors using infrared light. It probably won't have a vertical camera on the back due to internal design requirements. It probably won't have an L-shaped dual-cell battery. It probably won't have a multi-layer logic board. It probably won't have a higher resolution display, TrueTone or ProMotion. It probably won't lack a physical indentation for a Home Button.

Oh wait. It will.

Ok so your now telling everyone here you have been told by Apple themselves exactly what the new iPhone will have!

Because you've just used the argument of pure guess work and speculation as 100% fact!
Come back after the Apple event, until then NOTHING IS CONFIRMED FACT!

based on the video, it does look more like an iphone plus, than iphone8, its wider and longer..im not sure but could be with metal still
vertical camera = iPhone 8; horizontal camera = iPhone 7s+

The video shows a vertical camera.

This could have been the phone of the century that pleased everyone and sales would have been magnitudes better.. but instead they decided to remove Touch-ID. Creepy Face-ID NO THANKS! What a fail!
What's creepy about it?

You're not too up on statistics are you? Guess work and speculation. Haha. No sir. Empirical evidence suggests those things. What is that evidence? It's sources in the supply chain, schematic leaks, direct leaks from Apple software, direct leaks from Apple engineers, direct information from CEOs of partner companies such as Foxconn CEO stating how expensive the OLED iPhone will be. Direct interpretation of financial guidance fron partnered companies. Etc etc.

You use this actual evidence to gain a statistical confidence level which tells you how likely these things are to be true. That confidence level is exceedingly high for most of those features I stated.

Oaaaaahhhow - so excited
With this phone you're able to identify yourself...
Seriously? I thought that started with the 5s.

I don't care how high your confidence level is; it's not official until Apple announces it.

Surely I'm not going the only one that sees the guy putting his bare finger on the Apple logo causing it to react?
Glove on one hand
Bare finger on the other.
Either that or a fake video of a guy sticking his iPhone in a cd rom drive.

There was such a HUGE push and emphasis on ACCESSIBILITY at WWDC17 this year. It makes total sense to not have to use a finger to authenticate. It would be a move that makes security much more inclusive of so many other users.

No one said anything about 'official'. Just what is.

Seems real for me. I don't see a cheap copycat manufacturer to check the phones one by one. Touch ID will be on the iPhone 8, for sure. The only question was to know in which place but with this video the question is solved. Touch ID at the back.

Oh please please please do post categoric proof of ANY leaks by certified 'Apple' engineers, your entire post fell apart with that one, bar the fact you are still attempting to sell rumours and guess as fact.
Their is NO evidence, their are things people have mearlt said...

But again please post undeniable proof of an Apple engineer, as in one employed by Apple, leaking Apple information...

And I'm totally baffled as to what 'statistics' have to do with Apple rumours????

Tell me, do you think this video of the machine is fake because an Apple rumour website has told you so? Based on nothing but pure guesses and opinions..

Got to love the component leaks that, even if they are genuine, are completely meaningless to most people - one camera sensor looks just like another without having old and new side by side to compare size etc.
