The HomePod firmware is a direct leak from an Apple employee genius. Unintentional, but it's the simplest example which you need to be capable of comprehending what I'm talking about. There are numerous other leaks from NYT sources and Bloomberg sources inside Apple. Hence why they state 'said 5 Apple employees who asked not to be named due to discussing unannounced products'. Think harder.

Not futuristic? Haha yeah.
Care to tell me where I said that? Or did you misquote me and not consider the context:
not as futuristic

And even if I said “not futuristic”, it kind of isn’t (unless you ignore everything that isn’t produced by Apple). We’ve had face unlock for a while. Yes, this is a much more advanced, accurate, and flexible form of face unlock that doesn’t compare to early face unlocking, but it’s still face unlock. You could argue that under screen fingerprint scanning ‘is still fingerprint scanning’, but the point is it’s more futuristic to have it under the screen, just like it is to have a camera under the screen.

I think we'll leave it there... when you literally claim what a rumour website has said it absolute 100% FACT, something MacRumors probably wouldn't claim, then their is no point going on..

You've also deliberately ignored my question on the video of this article I posed to you three times now, and you have also failed, every single time I asked, to provide proof of your apparent leak from Apple engineers themselves.
You are either incapable of or unwilling to do these things, either way as I said no point going on with you.
Never said 100% fact. I said you use statistic to come to a high confidence level.

What was your question about the video? I missed it.

A camera can't be under the screen so forget about that. Photons cannot pass through transparent display like they can through transparent glass. This is why it would always result in worse image quality and therefore will never be done.

Yes, but if you look at the video, the guy lifts the phone up immediately after the TouchID testing indicating that the phone was connected at that time - he simply lifts the phone up immediately after and did not 'pull' the phone out of any lightning connector. There's usually some resistance when you pull out a lightning connector from the iPhone's jack, and in this case not only is there no resistance, but lifts the phone up as opposed to pulling it out of any connector.

The only other possibility is that there's some wireless connection going on (which I doubt) or that it's a fake video, which I'm inclined to believe.
NFC perhaps?

Haha google wallet existed before Apple Pay, the first phones with finger print scanning, facial recognition and bezelles displays have ALL been ANDROID. Go and check the facts.

Aye sure. First to fail. First to f... it up. Certainly never first to get it right, mass market it and show everyone else how it should be done.
No doubt one of those misguided people who thinks google did the smart phone first and Apple copied them :)

I've seen plenty of people claim Apple invented the smartphone and were the first with things like copy and paste..... so it wouldn't surprise me if some think the same if Google. And it was the point of the post I was replying to, the OP was claiming Apple was the first with those features.. no it wasn't.

A history lesson for you (since you obviously are delusional about Androids historical "first")
The Day Google Had to 'Start Over' on Android
Google was building a secret mobile product to fend off chief rival Microsoft. Then Apple announced the iPhone, and everything changed.

Nokia could claim to have had the first "smart phone" with their communicator, or even RIM with their Blackberry.
There will be others who could lay claim to the first "smart phone".
History only remembers the winners, not the losers.
Google Wallet? You think that was a first over Apple Pay? No comparison. Nothing yet out of Google can compare.
Reading that article can you actually imagine just how awful Android would be if it hadn't been for Jobs, iPhone & iOS?
Without the iOS GUI you wouldn't have the "cut'n'paste" you claim as a theft from Android.

A) It can be done.
And B) That wasn’t my point anyway, my point was that you misquoted me and didn’t consider context.

There are also other "evidences" that show a different design. And i think they come from the same leaker.
Looks more convincing to me, honestly.

Perhaps those you showed can be 7s and 7s plus? I´m just speculating.

It can be done, but it will never be done because, as I stated, due to physics the photons will produce a worse image which will never fly.

If it still has the camera bump I am not buying. Same form factor for 6 plus years is pathetic. No buy, if the headphone jack is still missing.

Good thing I use a case.

I'll switch to Android as soon as my lifetime unlimited contract is up.

....but, ordered my space gray 512GB at (put in your date) and my shipping info has not been updated yet. Tim Cook needs to step down. I thought he was a supply chain genius. Wish he concentrated on apple instead of human rights.

Typical Apple holding back shipments to increase demand.

Where is the innovation apple?

PS: What about the mini?
