Just adopted this little girl a few weeks ago, so I though I would share a picture of her today. Wish I wouldn't have cut her ears out of the picture...
 
I don't have the camera to take any "proper" photos of this sort of thing, but it's the first time I've tried to even take a picture of anything so fast. :D And I was on a small boat that was bobbing about.

I didn't crop it, that's just how the shot turned out.

The color was so far off, I desaturated the whole thing...

In such cases, it's often better to convert to B&W instead of a desaturated color shot. Mess around with filters on the conversion to B&W and try to get some beautiful contrast out of it; that will make up for the loss of color, whereas desaturation doesn't.
