First Day of Pre-school...Hooray!!!
Today was the first day of pre-school for my granddaughter. She was soooo excited and couldn't wait. I'd like to take credit for this picture, but I can't. My daughter took it. I like the motion implied in this photo and the framing. She caught her mid-stride, got a shadow effect, and I love the bus door wide open with the driver looking at her waiting to greet her. Of course, I'm prejudiced on both accounts!!

Really charming photo! I love how the little girl has such a bounce in her step as she heads off towards the waiting bus.
Mine for today: "Yin-Yang Peaks", a title I chose because of the reversal of light on the mountains...

And another for the new day... weather sealing definitely came in handy here, I was soaked.
This boat has a powerful V8 engine from Chevrolet - a foreign word down-under, and the driver here would take the boat right up to the rock's edge at high speed, he was very experienced.

You always post some really nice landscape shots. So jealous These poles out on the tidal mudflat are used for fishing in some way. I've yet to figure out how. Negros, Philippines.
