Someone needs to tell Apple there are more colors to choose from.
Boring color in my opinion.

I love the look of these new iPhones but I'm worried that all they shown so far is new colors and the fingerprint sensor. Is that really all there's going to be? Everything else seems like just the normal state of upgrades. Better processors and better cameras. I'm looking for something at least makes me want to buy a new phone and the fingerprint sensor isn't it. Also, why no leaks of new sizes? I don't think it is wise for Apple to deny that a certain segment of people want larger phones, just like they acknowledged the need for the smaller iPad.
Nothing I have seen so far makes me want to buy a new phone or iPad and I have bought the most expensive version of every non-computer device they have offered since the iPhone 1.
This are the right colors for a premium product. And the more colorful ones for the 5C. Its a brilliant lineup and strategy.

Like what, green? Purple? Those colors are associated with inferior products across the industry. Sony and HP high end stuff comes in black, silver and white just like Apple. People associate those colors with being modern and powerful. It's marketing and clearly, it works.
The "5c" will most likely come in an array of colors, like the iPod Nano's always have.
Now, what if--- this replaces the black model due to the chipping/scratching issues?
I like the slate version a lot better. I don't know if I would ever pick a lighter colour phone than black/slate.
