The iPhone 10 isn't going to be a phone, its going to be a chip that's implanted into your brain and the display is on the iGlass that you'll wear. Or iContacts you put in your eyes.

Which will make sense when you say "Look me in the eye when you talk to me, I can't hear you!"

As someone who uses their phone with no case, I LOVE the look of the White/Black panda phone shown in the last picture. I really hope that is one of the options! I know everyone has been clamoring for a more drastic redesign, but for me personally this one is addressing the only complaints I had about the previous design....thickness, larger screen and stronger back. Can't wait.

I think it will be a well built device but i'm not keen on the thinner design because i wish it had rounded edges. I might be fine but in my mind its going to feel like holding a stack of credit cards.

Here's an idea. Why don't all the suppliers who have released different parts just get together and put on completely together?

i actually like the grey on black and the dark boarder with the silver edges but im afraid they just assembled it wrong

hopefully its lighter too, the iPhone 4S feels like a stone compares to sth like the S3

I prefer a little heavier feel. Makes it feel well-built and substantial, not cheap and plasticky.

iphone 3GS + iphone 4S :D

iPhone 3 is definitely the winner there. Much classier and sleeker. Love the shame of the curves. I would much rather have carbon or polycarbonate for the body so an antenna works well. The boxier iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 just don't cut it.

The apple logo will serve a purpose this time around :)

Yep. Maybe NFC is a go after all? Why else would you spend the time to thin out the metal body behind the logo. Actually, looking at it they've changed the drillbit for that part of the case so it's a separate milling operation.

I really wish some iPhone 5 (Name trolls aka: 6th generation iPhone, 4SS, really tall iPhone, The "Newest" iPhone 4, 2012/13 iPhone) photos would make it to the internet. I'm dying to see what the latest iPhone will look like, especially compared to previous iPhones.

For all the people still complaining about this phone. Remember, there are other choices. Vote with your wallet. Thats the only way Apple will change their approach to making iPhones. I for one am loving the design and will most definitely upgrade to this device. It is absolutely beautiful.

Yea, they will laugh at them when braking the iPhone 4S sales record. I bet for every so upset person, they probably convince at least two people who never owned an iPhone to buy one. I read some really good - in my eyes nonsense - comments here about how ugly this, how ugly that. In my eyes all BS. The design is pretty classic, all elements have their use. I remember people complaining about the glass back that it scratches and breaks - well, there you have it: Metal is back. Litterally, metal = back. And the speaker/mic grills: Cheaper, stronger, same functionality. After all, it's a freaking phone. Not a mini tablet - which I'm grateful for; if I need a bigger screen, I'll use my iPad. It's not wider and marginally taller. Headphone jack on the same side of the dock cable - awesome!

PS: the new design of the mic/speaker has one - probably uninteded - positive side effect: If there is ever moisture trapped inside your phone, the spheric effect of dispersion will actually decrease the time needed to expell the moisture. (I hope I worded this right) It works kinda like this: There is an equilibrium of liquid water and damp trapped behind the holes which encourages the switch between both states. the moisture level decreases spheric around the hole openings in the form of some half-ball shaped field with the highest H2O desity at its center where the hole is. Since this effect increases the whole surface area beyond a simple opening over the whole front, it has a positive effect on dispersion of moisture.
If you want to try this at home, don't use a new iPhone. Use 2 long glasses of water 3/4 filled, put aluminum foil over one of them and punch a ton of holes in them (big enough that they won't be blocked by a tiny dropplet) and see what happens. If everything goes according to the rules, the open glass will keep more water over time than the prepped one.

Like I have already said on the forum, The camera looks different in this build compared to the previous leaked "iPhone 5's" (I think they are going to name it the new iPhone but I keep in line with the article). The camera is smaller, and in another position. Where in the previous builds the camera was aligned to the curvature of the corner it is now centered in the black glass/plastic area... All in all I find it strange that there are big differences between leaks!

This is still not the final item. It's missing all the model and certification information printed under 'iPhone' - this wouldn't be printed separately, so this therefore hasn't come of a production line.
