The 32GB White iPhone4 was listed as "Clearance" (was it refurbished?) on the Premier website yesterday.

Gorgeous

I was sold once I saw the videos Engadget took at WWDC. Looks stunning in the palm of the hand. And it's more conspicuous than the black one = )

Why do ppl insist on speculating on technological issues they don't understand? You cannot "bridge" the antenna. You should really study a little electrical engineering and physics before repeating statements you have heard in the news or in forums without understanding what they mean. While the exact issue may not have been fully explained yet, the most likely issue simply involves signal degradation caused by the antenna being physically BLOCKED by the human body. If you wrap your hand around most types of antennas (including other cell phones), you will degrade the signal. This, however, does not constitute "bridging," which involves connecting two parallel electical circuits.

Wrapping an insulator around the antenna will not help.

lol, i like when people try to sound smart... :p

Hum, you don't need to block physically the antenna on the iPhone 4, just put the tip of your finger over the gap on the lower left. You can leave the rest of the antenna uncovered.

Hence why people are saying bridging both antennas result in the issue, because that gap is a split between both antennas.

But you knew you were wrong when you posted your post right ?

I don't know if it's been discussed yet, but do you think when the white iPhone is released that it'll feature a discrete antenna fix?

I wanted to like this

I wanted to like this but it looks too feminine. Maybe with a bumper it'll look better. I'm sure it'll show less fingerprints but what about dirt (especially around the home button).

If I get an iPhone, I'm definitely getting the white model. Would match my MacBook :D

I'm the only one who thinks the white look terrible and cheap.
So, is that a statement or a question? Besides, you mean, "looks terrible and cheap."

I think the white looks far better in the hand, and will certainly hold up better to hiding smudges and fingerprints than black.

No white for us?

With the potential recall of the iPhone 4, I'm wondering if we'll have to wait much longer if we want to get an iPhone 4 in white :(

Recalls are typically only issued if an item is a safety hazard (e.g. runaway Prius)...besides that one iPhone 4 that caught on fire there haven't been any safety issues.

I really, REALLLLLYYYY doubt that there will be a recall
