From the e-mail....

I ordered an iPhone with a wireless account. Who can pick it up?

If you’ve ordered an iPhone with a new line, the primary account holder on your wireless plan must pick it up. The primary account holder is the person whose billing information is linked to the wireless plan.

If the iPhone is an upgrade for an existing wireless account, it can be picked up by the account holder or by a person authorized by them. Contact your wireless carrier to authorize people on the account.

ordered a new line and an existing line. i am authorized but i do not live with my parents (name on bill and address are different) really hope they aren't strict about this...

So i take it i fall under this category...still no help. i didnt pay utility bills when i lived with my parents...

No email, no update on the order page

128GB 6+
Still says Processing / Pick Up Available 9/19

For 14th St NYC

Austin, TX Domain

I haven't gotten a confirmation e-mail, but when checking my order status online, it does show "Ready for Pickup". Should I be worried about this?

Also, my CC has been charged, so have I already been charged or do I get charged when I pick up the phone?

I hope they're not strict either. My AT&T billing address is a UPS Store mailbox. My driver's license shows an old address, because I recently moved. My utility bills show my new address, which still doesn't match my AT&T billing address.

I just logged into the AT&T website to change my billing address to my home address just in case they really need it to match the utility bill.

Report back. There are dozens of people following this thread in the same boat.

I'm in the same boat. Account manager, paid for the phone with my credit card, but I'm still on my father's plan for various reasons. Phone's reserved in his name and he is the main account manager with a different billing address than mine. Hoping that since I'm just upgrading an existing line and I'm an account manager who has the credit card used to purchase the phone I won't have too many issues. I haven't had problems for previous iPhones, but I never preordered in the past.
