use a site like photobucket or something in order to post the picture right in the thread.
Used the liquify effect (several versions of the effect and a variety of brush sizes) in Photoshop Elements 4. This is what happens when I get bored... Have posted several of these on my Flickr page... Glad you like it -- people either like these heavy manipulations, or they hate them.I must say, I like it. What did you do to it?

Photobucket gives you a variety of choices, based on pixel dimensions or file size. Or you can shrink them yourself before you load them. There are any number of stand-alone utilities you can use, or you can do it in photoshop a number of ways.
