Pink Sport order status thread

I'm still in line. It's moving along. I know they have Sport and Watch editions. Not sure about specifics beyond that.
 
FWIW, a friend of mine ordered a 38mm Sport with pink sport band for his wife.

He was charged and "preparing for shipment" yesterday, has a UPS tracking number but it is on "Order Processed. Ready for UPS" and no movement since yesterday.

I was reading in one of the articles on the internet that only like 4% of the orders were pink sports. In that case why didn't any of us get one?

Yall aren't alone!! 3:03 ET 38 mm pink sport and nothing. No charge. No ups tracking by reference. No eod. Says processing. I called apple and the woman I spoke to said it was in Tennessee ...waiting to have movement ? Whatever that means...I'm in SC.... She did say once they scanned it ...it should only take 8 hours to get here. Giving up hope for today. I did order a blue sport in the meantime and we will see which one gets shipped first. I'll update if I hear anything different. :apple: I had faith in you! :(
 
Next time I'm going to order 2 colors at the same time!

I ordered a white today, that's the other colored band I would like to have anyway. If pink comes first, I'll buy a white band, if white comes first, I'll buy a pink band, if they really exist!

I got my confirmation at 2:03 (cst), and ordered the same. I wonder if she knows whose watches are there or just that some are there?

Ordered pink apple watch sport (obviously) at 3:08 am EST on 4/10. SAME BOAT, no doubt. No CC charge, no notifications... big fat nothing.

But just for fun, I just ordered a SS 42mm Apple Watch with a white band... and my goodness I was charged for the apple care just a few minutes later! Crazy to think that two weeks later I got more movement on an order I JUST put in than the pink aluminum! I highly doubt I will get the new one I just ordered first, I mean that would be RIDICULOUS, but I just sort of wanted to see a race as well :)

I hate that I am so disappointed in not having my apple watch sport today... I mean, I wish I wasn't. I wish I could just focus on the "window" and be overjoyed, but I am having trouble with that!!
 
Same here - UK order at just about 8:08am for 42mm Sports pink band. Still 'processing' and no charge. I live-chatted and was told everyone was given the window for delivery and basically that I should not be so impatient.
 
Having left the ****** show that was the Maxfeld launch in West Hollywood, I can confirm that every color BUT PINK was available. I wish I thought to ask someone about it. Too sleep deprived and frazzled.

Nope, ordered the pink band 38mm sport for gf and a black band stainless steel 42mm for myself, both completed at 12:03am, and both stuck at processing items for 2 weeks and counting.

So really really simply, why sell a color that doesn't exist / won't be ready?

If you can't get one pink watch band out the door on launch day why even list it as an option or why not just initially move the delivery window?
 
Well, my fiancé got his watch today. I had to convince him it was okay to take it out of the box and use it haha :p but it is so amazing and makes me want it so badly :( come on Apple what is this?! I'll tell you what it is - RUDE! They could have mentioned that these wouldn't be out for launch... :mad::confused:
