Pink Sport order status thread

Sheesh, did they require the blood of virgins to make the pink coloring and had trouble rounding up enough sources? if I can't get this to Sis next week I'll just have to tell her it's because it was VERY exclusive! She will love that. 😎

Yeah take that Katy Perry, you might have an Edition but so does Beyoncé. Nobody has the pink sport! 😛
 
For what it's worth, I ordered my Milanese with an extra pink sport band...watch is moving, sport band isn't 🙁 Fingers crossed for you guys that you get movement soon.
 
Any Aussies around who ordered the pink sports band? I feel like the pink band is apples biggest practical joke yet. It's also quite alienating to think they've thought "ohh it's mainly the chicks who'll order the pink band and they're just not hardcore enough apple fans to need launch day, they can wait. "

Ditto! My extra pink sport band says May for shipping. Milanese loops gets here tomorrow.

The website was down forever for me, I ended up later ordering it through a carrier and then canceling it and months later just waiting in a short line at my local Apple store.
 
Last night around 9pm EST I got a text letting me know I had a package coming and there was a tracking number attached. When I clicked "track shipment" the url that popped up for a millisecond before redirecting to FedEx was trackingshipment.apple.com. (Screenshot attached)

The FedEx site doesn't tell me who the sender is but according to details, my package was scanned into Murfreesboro, TN around 7:25 pm on 4/23 and is set to be delivered to me in Michigan by 4/25. The shipping weight is 1lbs / 0.45kgs.

The perplexing part of all of this is my card as NOT been charged and my order status is still on processing. What are thoughts? Is that my watch?

I wish but I don't think so, why would FedEx bounce their tracking through Apple when they have the number from the beginning? Though who knows what they have worked out, I just find it hard to imagine sending out a URL that goes to a 3rd party, then to me.
 
Hardly ever post here but adding my two cents to this thread just to say what (I think) no one else has said yet… yep I've gone crazy like everyone else over this pre-order situation, I wanted it today so bad, but at this point I think I've come to terms with the fact that the pink strap is the most special one of all if they didn't even think to make any… the e-mail of death said they WILL be delivered in the next 2 weeks - I'll only fully be livid at that point.

Apple apparently are saying the Pinks have been dispatched
..... well some of them as there were in stock from day one as such

dispatched to where? They must have made like two of them. The lady told me I was one of the first when I called and would be one of the first to get mine, I have not received any notification.

i honestly think there is an issue with the pink band production

Has anyone got pink dispatch notification yet?
 
Yeah I don't believe any have been dispatched. People have searches set up on Twitter and Instagram and not a single pink strap pic has been found. 🙁
 
I think pink ones are a myth, a legend. I don't believe in pink Apple Watches.

<<sigh>> Hopefully we'll get them next week. Thursday is my birthday! I love early birthday presents!😛
 
Any News?

I ordered the 42mm pink sport edition on April 10 and received email confirmation at 3:09 a.m. with the 4/24-5/8 delivery date. Have been in processing ever since. For the past two weeks, I have been reading articles and blogs, searching forums, scrolling through Instagram and Twitter, and as of yet I have not seen ONE pink watch that has been charged, preparing for shipment, shipped, or delivered. I can live with the fact that I didn't get mine today. I can live with the fact that I may not get it until May 8. I can live with the fact that everyone else is enjoying their Friday as they await deliveries from UPS and FedEx. But, I cannot live with the fact that NO pink watches went out. That makes me mad! If I saw just one....just one....pink watch out there, I would be satisfied with knowing that at least they exist. I truly believe that if even ONE of us gets a pink watch, then we all get a pink watch. I would be so happy for that person. So, if anyone out there has any news, please let us know. I usually do not post to forums and had to set up a new account just to post this...but I'm begging you...if you have received any word on the pink watch, let us know. I appreciate you in advance. 🙂

Still no charge to my CC or a change from "processing", but I did call FedEx to see if I could find out how the sender of this mystery package is. They told me they couldn't legally tell me who the sender is and when I heard that I gave my sob story.

Me: ... So basically I'm just trying to see if this package is from Apple!
FedEx: I think there's a strong possibility.
Me: Really?!?!
FedEx: From what I'm seeing on the screen about your packages, yes, there's a strong possibility and that's all I can say.

Do with this information what you will!
 
I've pretty much given up hope and resigned myself that I'll be shipping info late next week. Apple has kept my blue band order whole, even though it's the third on the account (paid with a different card), so I'll see if that pops up first and switch bands. Would be interesting to know if pink bands are in stores right now

Start another chat and ask them if they've shipped any of the Purple ones yet. I expect you'll get the same answer (ie they have no idea what they are talking about and say anything to get you to go away.)

Fingers crossed for. Would be a huge disappointment at this point if it isn't. Please keep us updated.

Unless it was radically different, I would probably assume my monitor/eyes had seen it incorrectly originally. I would much prefer a jacked up pink band with a follow up email from Apple acknowleding it and/or suggesting a future swap than getting nothing and hearing nothing at all. As many have said, we would accept even a white/blue/green band if that meant we'd get our watches today/soon.

Yeah I agree with you, I hope it's the same, I like the orange / darker tint it has.
