Anyone else is getting one?
I used the coupon they have listed on their website too: casepro13

First time user here and hoping this will be somewhat slim format.

It looks like a nice case but really nothing special. It's a lot like numerous other cases in design and bulk. The only differentiator being the Aramid fiber back. Their Air case and Magez stand out in the case world as there aren't a plethora of cases made in that minimalistic design.

Here's one full coverage and cheaper too.

If the MagSafe magnets are like the MagEZ case they’ll be stronger than any other case around. If you use MagSafe accessories it’s incredible.

Before I read your comment, I was looking at the picture posted by OP and thinking to myself that the shape and the design (how the back and sides are two different materials joined by a seam) reminded me of the Spigen Thin Fit that I'm currently using. I agree that their gimmick is the Aramid fiber, though. I think it adds more security/durability.

Which can be a bad thing, anything stronger than apples case pulled my vent holder apart, hello esr.

So this is supposed to be a slightly more robust case than the MagEZ Case 2, right? It's still relatively thin but just a hint more protection?

I have to say that pitaka shipping is terrible. It’s been now a week and still no case. I live in Boston area and case was shipped from Jamaica NY and there is literally no movement. No responses from pitaka to inquiries on the shipping status. I’m getting to the point of filing dispute with my credit card. Bad bad bad customer service experience.

That sucks. I’ve ordered directly from Pitaka in the past with no issues. This year, I ordered the Air Case from Amazon (shipped from Amazon, sold by Pitaka). I had issues with the case and Pitaka sent me replacements directly from China. All received within a week.

did you email support@ipitaka.com? they’ve been outstanding since day 1 and have always responded back to my emails. the cases i got from them to california usually takes ~1.5 weeks. fwiw once it’s shipped it’s beyond their control, i know all the postal services have been delayed recently due to covid, so it could be that. just give it another few days and see how it goes. i’ve had pitaka cases since my iphone x and have always been happy w them - still haven’t found another brand that i like better.

I received mine today for the Pro and unfortunately I'm a bit disappointed, after anticipating this case since it was first announced. It feels good and solid on the phone but the lip/edge around the screen is uneven in the top right quadrant. I can see my silver phone's bezel shine through unevenly just in this corner; it's really distracting and looks bad, especially for a $60 case (and they've now raised the price to $65). Most people probably wouldn't care about this but I immediately noticed it and can't unsee it now.

Maybe, hopefully, it's a defect. I'm going to see if I can get a replacement or refund.

Damn, Had my hopes on this one, another case maker can’t get it together, worst year ever for cases lol.

I received mine yesterday finally. So far so good. No defects and looks great. Will post pictures later today. One negative I guess, it’s a little bulkier than expected. But definitely provides all around protection vs. MagEZ 2.

The MagEZ2 is such a swanky case. I barely use it because I feel like it’s not particularly protective (compared to my Caudabe and apple cases) but man it’s beautiful, and feels totally incredible in hand.

Here are some pics of the MagEZ pro on my 13 pro
It has really nice feel to it. Bulkier than expected. Definitely protective.
Better feel and look than my Spigen clear MagSafe case

I also have the new car MagSafe charger from pitaka and these two bond very strong together.

Still deciding if I want to keep it or go for the MagEZ 2 MagSafe pitaka in blue or weave style. But would compromise the protection since they don’t cover the phone enough.
