I also got my replacement case and while it's better than the original, it still has the issue where I can see some of the stainless steel frame. Maybe if I had the graphite model it would be less noticeable, but silver is really shiny and is hard to miss. I'm going to see if they'll let me return both for a refund and if not, I'll just see if I can sell them for super cheap or give them away. I'm not interested in trying another replacement as the Caudabe Synthesis is the case I've decided to go with anyway.

Got my Pitaka MagEz Pro case today for my IPhone 13Pro Max. It’s looking perfect, no problems at all. The MagSafe magnet on the back is stronger then ever when connecting to MagSafe which is awesome. I’m a long time Pitaka customer and really have never had any problems with their products so it really sucks to see others with problems. Now I’m just waiting on the shipping of the MagEZ Slider I ordered on Kickstarter a few months ago, should be really cool and will work great with the strong MagSafe magnet on the back.

Well I had a go at reshaping it and it has worked.

I wrapped some black insulating tape from top to bottom and across the top, pulling in quite bit while doing so to bend in the looser fit areas. This resulted in it bent out of shape a bit so left it over night under a massive heavy book.

Took the tape off this morning and the top was a great fit! The right hand top quarter had a bit of give and was showing the frame a bit. So I did the tape again making sure to keep the top pulled down whilst pulling the right top over more aggressively. Left it a couple of hours and just took the tape off now and fitted it and it's perfect.

Now I'm not going to count my chickens just yet as I'll wait to see if it relaxes back out of shape, but fingers crossed it's now good. ?

Gonna have to try this with my tough armor mag

I received my MagEZ Pro yesterday for my new 13 PM. Fits perfect. Can't see any edges. It's partnered with the ESR Armorite Glass Screen Protector. I had the Pitaka MagEZ Pro 2 (or whatever it was called) for my 12 PM and it's pretty similar. I liked the curved back of that case better, but this is really sharp and thinner.

I persevered but then got annoyed with a sharp edge back bottom right, so now I'm done with it.

Ordered an Apple Dark Cherry leather case and wallet instead and will just be careful not to drop.

I sold both my cases on eBay for a nice profit. I was sent a replacement but they didn’t want the old one back. Back to the Caudabe sheath which is PERFECT

Recieved mine last Thursday (11/18). Started a return process that night. The day after they send me a link to fill out to "start" the process while asking if I wanted 50% the car charger, I declined. They didn't want to send a replacement because they cannot guarantee the fit. Haven't heard back since. Customer service is hit and miss when you request a return/refund. Figure I'd give them a few more days and if there's no communication take the next step. For a $60 it better fit perfect. Seems defective.

That's identical to my replacement. The first was just at the top.

I'd either give the bending a go (careful not to put pressure just on the black rim as can separate the seam) or give up as it's very much a lottery to get a perfect fit.

I am a very picky person, but I definitely love my pitaka Pro case so much, read the website introduction before ordering the case, anyway, this super beyond new craft is perfect for me for the time being
Does the metal frame showing not bother you? Good for you if not. 🙂👍

I just received this today for my 13PM from Amazon after ordering it 3 weeks ago with an estimated Jan 28-31 arrival date. What was sent was obviously a return. One of you wears way too much cologne/perfume and the whole case smells as such. 🤮 Anyways, this case is trash with the TPU edges showing the metal on the bottom and top unevenly. This is going back. dBrand Grip with leather skin and Apple Leather is what i'm gonna stick with this year i guess.

Received mine today from an order on Amazon Dec 26th. I am happy surprise it looks new and everything seems to fit perfectly. Longtime Pitaka Air and MagEZ lover, but those cases for the iPhone 13pro seemed to have such sharp edges, especially at the bottom where my pinky rests the phone (a habit for for having Max phones for so long). I tried 2 Mag EZ cases and both were that way. This Pro version is a little larger than I am use to, but I think I finally settled on a case. I was giving up hope on having a Pitaka for my 13.

The sharp edges were the final straw for me after reshaping where the metal frame showed.
