Im awere how Apple works.. its a “modus operandi” that tells the same.. you trie to make me think im desling with apples users telling what they think, with no compromise.. I don’t have any compromises with apple or other company. I fell free to tell what I feel. Im not affraid of your power. Keep contesting me.. I don’t care. I believe you are just Apple soldiers making their defense. Sorry!!
The defense are made to protect the “king”. But don’t forget the queen.

Do us all a favor NEVER buy an Apple product again!

It was planned to die, and the replaced it until the equipment become obsolete.
You actually have no evidence of planned obsolescence. You can be upset with Apple for replacing the part with the same part that quite possibly has a known issue, but that isn't planned obsolescence.

Its unbeleiveble.../snip/... they deleted my posts at apple communities, they even threatened to suspend my internet provider, and block my apple id. I was shocked with the way they talked to me.
In a previous post you mention that you accused Apple (to them) that they deliberately planned obsolescence of your computer. Of course they are going to take the steps you mention above. I don't quite know how you think they could cancel your Internet Provider though. That's got nothing to do with Apple. They simply can't do that. And I think you're making things up.

You can't just accuse a company/people of something with no evidence and then expect them to listen to you and take you seriously. The best way to show them how upset you are with them is to change to a different computer company.

I'm not defending Apple here and I get your frustration as it is a crappy situation, but you've gone about it the entire wrong way.

They can’t suspend my ISP but they told “ in a warning “ way they would inform??? I didn’t understand the reason of this agressive message. Ohh you are definitely defending Apple!!!

Look.. it doesn’t matter the time of purchase if its a manufacture defect.in this case Apple manufacture has the duty to refound me with part of the value of MBP and i was hardly affected by this problem, which concerns as well, a idenization by the trouble they caused me.
What does your country's laws have to say about this issue? You say they have a duty to refund you - but what does the law say? Because ultimately, that's what Apple has to do.

Even here in Australia, where we have excellent consumer protection laws that FORCED Apple to extend their 1 year warranty to 2 years - I would not get any support for a machine that is 10 years old, and that has already been repaired a few times.

I can't think of any country that would expect Apple to continue to help you for a machine that old.

Even I would not expect Apple to help after 10 years.

Sure - I have a Twentieth Anniversary Macintosh from 1997 in my cupboard, and I've love for Apple to do some repairs on it for free, but - they aren't going to do that, either.

Braziliam law secures to any consumer of product with a hidden defect the right to replace to a similar model or refound the consumer in 30 days. Its very protective law as well.

Hahahahaha... Thanks for the chuckles.
You might need some stamina to go with that power and focus because you're burning pretty intense on this thread. I don't think you can keep it up!

Anyway, how much money do you want from Apple for this situation?
