There is no iOS 10 jb currently.
You can always update your phone if you want but you will lose the jb and will have to rejailbrake again if there's one available for it.

If you need a jailbreak, my advice is to downgrade to 10.1.1 now, while you still can. Then stay there! There's a chance that a jailbreak will come out for that. Maybe not, but it could happen. It's too bad you didn't stay on 10.0.2, though. A jailbreak will most likely come out for that first.
