Please help me find a mac game that I played in the 90's
All I can remember is it's like tetris but not tetris I mean it's probably the same concept; I remember also that the background consist of a picture of the sun or one of solar system's planets and for each level that I pass the background change to another planet.

I found "Solarian II" but it's a Space Invaders copy. You might check List of Tetris Variants or here Machintosh Repository to find your game.

Is that not just the Spectrum Holobyte Mac release of Tetris? Several of the background images are space themed.

Unnamed game #1:
Turn based World War 2 game for aircraft. It was mission based, where you would for instance, have to escort a group of bombers from point A to point B. The turns consisted of setting an arc of travel for the next turn and attacking enemy planes and so forth. I also remember that it had this great '40s music.

Not that anyone would actually care at this point, but there were actually two games that did this, both by Avalon Hill Games: Over The Reich and its prequel, Actung Spitfire!, which were adaptations of table top board games also published by Avalon Hill. A really interesting and innovative take on almost 3D turn-based combat (with a vaguely Homeworld and Fallout-esque feel) in a 2D setting. It was also really accessible too; you could drop in for a quick 2D arcade-style skirmish and shoot up Bf-109s to blow off some steam, or go for full realism and enable rolls, dives and other maneuvers to affect accuracy and hit probability.

I still remember Over The Reich as really fun to play. I used to spend hours in the custom mission builder making up fantasy battles like Me-262s vs. Gloster Meteors. It's too bad an OS X version was never released.

Hello. Perhaps the first game is a space shooter with an annular station like Orbiter. The second is a laser hover race, like Hoverstrike or SkyRoads. I recommend checking out retro forums and CD archives.
