An interesting twist to the mystery LOL is that lookin at the details of UPS99 from Korea we see it is one kind of plane B744 and then at 3 this afternoon UPS99 leaves for Louisville also about 3 hours later but is another plane number B742 so the scans will tell us although the flight waiting hour after UPS99 arrives is another plane MD11 so there seem to be three different planes so not sure they switch crews or planes or whatever. The simplest is of course to leave on UPS99 but the UPS99 arriving and the UPS99 leaving 3 hours later are also different. I guess the tracking will eventually tell us which is correct. In either case the phones are moving and we are into this obsessive iphone nerd tracking now LOL
And on another note the UPS67 that was to leave hour past arrival of UPS99 now is delayed since I took first screen shot and now. It is now leaving about same time as the UPS99 B742 just before 3PM. So in any case the phones whatever they do on the arriving UPS99 are not going to leave for 3 hours meaning more like after midnight EDT for arrival of either (but both before 1 AM EDT. It’s only 3.5 hours to my town and local UPS hub so the delivery still could happen tomorrow unless things get slowed down In Louisville in that case probably Friday. But at least it finally is on the way for real LOL

Well WTF? Here are two scans about hour and half apart on the leaving of Korea towards Anchorage. The original scans matched UPS99 as you have seen me post but the one just now added customs clearance so is that Korean customs? A repeat of the data from customs in China? Or did UPS release all these early so they can get them to us sooner from Louisville. Not quite ever seen this and I know scans at this stage of planes coming and going can get weird. My bet would be something in Korea with either their customs or UPS got a release for this shipment because the departure time changed to just before the release by Customs/Your parcel has been released by the government agency. Anyone have a clue from previous experiences?

Going to put the UPS app from iphone on this recent scan below just a bit more info in it in different arrangement. The shift after arrival seems strange and now departure is later. But cannot find any UPS or plane close to that time mystery depends just as I figure out what is going on LOL

My status has now changed at UPS from a 10/1 delivery (Apple says 10/5):
Departed from Facility at 2:50am
Now shows package in transit, updating plans to schedule delivery at 12:08am the next day (since their 13hrs ahead of me)
UPS delivery date: Now says check back later for an updated delivery.
My guess, 10/1 won't happen, but Apple's 10/5 hopefully will...fingers crossed.

Yep all of a sudden scans are coming, coming and revised ect. And just got an official rather than estimated delivery by tomorrow afternoon of the phone from UPS between 2-6 PM. It is weird that the customs clearing after/during Korea looks more like what you would see for the China releases which I also saw Saturday morning already. So not sure what customs release — just a repeat of China, Korea had to do something or weirder yet did UPS just clear there to expedite shipping once it arrives in Louisville (probably not but inquiring minds want to know LOL). Yes ultimately it is good to be in this stage of things finally even with all the mystery of the shipping logistics and scans.
Well UPS99 which matched the original departure from Korea times at 9 am this morning will be in Anchorage soon in 3.5 hours. So if I start to see scans then I know it was this plane if not then maybe I have wrong plane picked LOL. Such silliness I know but it always is part of the new iphone experience.

That’s good what did your scans show, same times? Did they show that additional customs? Or just mine? I have a 2-6PM scheduled arrival form UPS officially now not a estimated one.Mine also left Korea, should get it tomorrow

You have the same final departure time as mine (which changed by two hours from 9:30 am CDT Illinois to yours at 11 AM). At least there is movement even if I am not understanding the time shift that happened with Korea departure.
Well I sure hope so. Can’t refresh the page anymore looking for movement! Feel like I’m gonna go crazy if I don’t see movement today, when seeing movement of others in the same boat. Correct me if I’m wrong too, but based on the scans which aren’t in the same order as others, but looks like our ‘release’ happened the day before!
I think our phones are traveling together, because I have the same scans. Went from 10/5 to 10/1 to now being moved around Zhengzhou.

Update switched to preparing to ship yesterday and then shipped today. Originally said 10/5 delivery but then got moved up to 10/1. I was shocked at two day shipping but then I see this….
Yeah well looks like the scans I got on Saturday morning and then unfortunately delays for 4 days before it shipped early this am. Hopefully your phone wont sit for 4 days after this but they are having difficulty in getting planes out in timely manner, shipping from China in general is getting all messed up. Containers waiting for ships and then waiting on west coast for limited truckers. I read that some customers are snagging planes to make up for issues on some products rather than get caught up in the boat container slowedowns and stoppages. So its possible that this has affected planes UPS uses to get phones out of China. Also reading on UPS page of Covid-19 slowdowns in shipping for various packages including the type used for iPhones. The possible delays are up to 5 business days. My case it was 4 days but that could be happening with all the iPhones shipping after the opening day where they had bigger batches ready to do and at the airports in enough time to still make 9/24 after the delays happening.
I hope so too, I keep refreshing the page like a mad man but no movement yet. I’ll keep you posted if anything happens.
I did see that FlightAware and FlightRadar24 previously called it a "742", but I just looked now it it does state that the next UPS99 is a 744 from ANC to SDF on FlightRadar24.
