Pls post in here if you've gotten a confirm or acknowledge email from Apple

Ordered 32gb White 4s using the Apple Store app at 6:45 am CDT, no delays. Got the Order Acknowledgment a little while later with a delivery date of Oct 14 - no other emails so far.
 
Ordered a 16 GB and a 32 GB white 4S this morning. Received the confirmation email for the 16 GB a minute ago. Still waiting for the other confirmation.
 
Started at 2:45AM (CST) .. got my reservation at 4:15AM (CST).

Woke at 7 to the "complete your order" email (came at 6:10am CST).

Completed the order by 7:30am CST. Got my acknowledge email by 8:30am CST. I have also gone into "Track My Order" and made sure it is there .. and it is!

All done and delivery scheduled and confirmed for the 14th .. bring on my BLACK 64gig iPhone 4s!!
 
At 3:30am, or around that time, I got the confirmation email which stated they reserved my phone and would then send me another email saying they were ready to finish my order and to follow the link. I then went back to bed.

At 6:00am I had received the email stating they were ready to proceed. Link took me to Apple's website, selected my plan info, filled in details, and payment information. Submitted order. Within 15 minutes I received an acknowledgement email from Apple stating my order had been processed and they would prepare shipping an etc.

Everything was complete by 6:30am with my order processing. I checked my AMEX statement at 8:30am and the charge for the phone had already hit my card and that's where it stands now. I've yet to receive any other emails and prob won't till they ship the phone which I suspect will be Monday or Tuesday of next week for delivery on Friday, maybe Thursday if I am lucky based on last years events with shipping.
 
dam still no confirm email ... ordered 6:15am eastern ... whats the deal ... cant check status on apple.com and my CC shows pending

What's the difference between a acknowledgement email and a confirmation email? I got the acknowledgement email, should I be getting another email after? And how do I check my order status? I clicked on delievera Oct 14th and it says Opps and return to store.
 
Hmm.. I placed my order at 7:45 pst, got the confirmation screen with the numbers, but still no email 3 hours later. I did had to create an apple id, which I got the welcome to apple email, but that's it..

No pending on cc.. should I place another order? :p
 
ordered at 10:30 am Eastern time, received confirmation at 12:21 Eastern time, so I am good to go :)

Ordered 2 white phones (1-16/1-32) on the apple site at 6:45am, got the confirmation emails about 30 minutes later.

Says to be delivered on 10/14.:D
 
just got my email, took right at three hours to go through. my status on apple.com has now been elevated from received to processing. progress!
 
Ordered at 6:35 am. Received confirmation email over 3 hours later. Having it shipped to my house. Email also has a tracking link. Says the order is being processed.

Received no other emails.

I pre-ordered my phone right when the Apple site went live. Took a mere 4 minutes for me to finish my order. Let me keep my Unlimited Data plan but it would not let me change my shipping info. It's the same address but will ship to the name of the primary account holder, my mother. Oh. Well. Still coming to the same address. Also, got the conformation email like 2 minutes after finished ordering. Then at 11:12am EST I had gotten a "security text message" from my bank that a transaction on my debit card from APL*APPLE ONLINE STORE has gone through. So does that mean that my iPhone 4S has shipped? If so, that was quick!
 
Acknowledgment Finally

i ordered at 6:15am and finally just got Acknowledgment email from apple

When do we get tracking number ... so maybe that way we can have carrier hold at hub so we can pick up instead of delivering to house
 
I woke up at 430 CST (230 PST) and was able to place my order on the apple website right when I opened the web page. Took like 5 minutes at the most. Having it shipped.

32GB Black

Received my email about 10 minutes later.
