The fact that I upgraded from 5.0 to 5.0.1 is bugging me so much right now, only because I needed it for the unlock, whenever that comes out. 
I'm so frustrated... BUT it's amazing that they finally got the jailbreak and they're working hard on it, so I appreciate that.

But IIRC he has no dealings with Chronic Dev Team or The 5.0.1 jailbreak. All his posts have been regurgitated from twitter sources or the Dev Blog themselves.

I think it will be hours, the mayor players are still working although it is past midnight in socal.
guyz dont trust anyone else than dev team sauric pod2g musclenurd posixninja ... when it s out u can find it in dev team blog so dont do like crazy, be patient ..

This thread is a good laugh.
People getting agitated over the release of a jailbreak, asking how they are supposed to sleep, moaning about the "ugly" default iOS theme (which is far nicer than some of abominations in the JB home screen thread).

Yeah the anticipation is a little much. I haven't lost sleep over the jb, just happened to be up. Crazy that people are staying up just for the possibility of the jb being released.
People aren't up for the JB, people are using the JB as an excuse to stay up. Otherwise they need help...

Also, It's interesting that the "dream team" would call their app Absinthe. If anyone is familiar with it and its effects then you know it puts the drinker in a dream like state, causing hallucinations, etc.

Agreed. It will drop when it drops. Agonizing & making post after worthless post about it is just........comical.
Does anyone think that the Dev team will post it outside of normal working hours? Might give Apple less time to patch a 5.1.2

It so strange, I am just reading all the stuff that went on last night while i was sleeping. And it really does seem like these devs are trolling. I mean it seems like it went from minutes away to hours away and now they can't even say if it will be released today. What was the point of all that at 2am just to stir people up i guess? never seen them do something like this
Exactly. But I'm used to it. Back when I had my android, when it came time to rooting... Devs did something similar. Only difference is they were in the forum community to answer questions instead of covertly hiding and making posts to hype people up about their product. Which is why i don't donate anymore. Had a developer claim to have a product but wanted donations so like a fool i donated along with thousands of others. He got it in the beta stage, enough for people to donate for progress. Then claimed that he lost his phone so people donated more for a new one. Then he went ghost.
So when I see pod going and jumping the gun, a part of me is excited for the release, but in the bak of my mind, especially now that his track record is to speak with little to show, I just have a tongue in cheek effect to it.
It would've been better to say "end of the month" and give yourself enough margin to release early or late. If all else fails, push it back. But now many people are looking at him skeptically and just hoping the people helping him say something instead.
