7 years now. Promised my wife to stay married until the 7 good years would start, we've already have the meagre 7. :)

Nah. Been together for almost 20 years now.

Married ten years this October, and July will be the twentieth anniversary of our meeting. Wasn't even trying to meet a woman when I met her.

Together for 10, married for over seven and have a 2 1/2 year old son.

My plan is to make sure she's with me until she's finally let herself go, hopefully then she won't have the energy to replace me.

;)

EDIT: Oh, right, we're both 27.

I met my first wife in 1984 (I was 16 at the time), we got married in 1987 and divorced in 1997. I met my current wife in 1999 and we were married in 2001 (and are still happily married :D ). And I'm now 40.

Of course the question I have for those who say they'll get married at some future specified time in their lives... How in the world are you guys able to predict true love like that? At least for me, I never saw it coming, so I'm amazed that you know when and where your soul mates are going to be popping into your lives.

I must say, it is astonishing that such romantic clairvoyance is possible.

The Gays hereabouts will have a hay-day with that one.

:p

I think I've been misinterpreted :); I'm a straight male.

We met backpacking through Europe (sort like that movie that came out a few years ago). I was sitting in a pub in Brugges, Belgium when she walked in. Now it's twenty years later.
