Quad G5 Is Going Crazy

My graphics display is making EyeTV not expandable to full 30" screen any more. Not on my 24" either. Somethings gone whacky. My Mail won't open messages in a separate window any more. Will try a restart next.
 
Perhaps the n00bs were right. Having a .10 update really is the end of the world. I'm getting really tired of having to authenticate every 2 seconds now. Anyone have any ideas how to downgrade or atleast get OS X to stop asking me to authenticate when accessing my other partition?
 
I can't have video conferences on iChat anymore.

Keeps giving me an error -8.

MacBook Pro 2.2ghtz SR 15"
trying to talk to a MacBook 1.83ghtz Core 2 Duo.
 
Speaker pop, and windows in Win2k running on Parallels now insist on being in for foreground, even when minimized.
