Only one, in the sig. I plan to acquire many more though🙂

Switched from micro$oft to mac in october and i'm never looking back🙂:apple:

OP dug himself into a hole when he listed his models and left three blank Apple logos after them...

😀 Sure did...

I have only personally owned 3 Macs. And since we're listing off the models, here it goes:

1. 15" Powerbook G4 (early 2005)
2. 15" Macbook Pro (late 2006)
3. 24" iMac (late 2007)

Hmm, I've had an original iMac G3, a G3 PowerBook, a Power Mac G4 MDD, a PowerBook G4 12", a MacBook, and a MacBook Pro. The MacBook Pro went in favor of a Mac Pro and I recently replaced the 12" PowerBook with a new unibody MacBook. Totaled up that makes 8 Macs.

ah
i see. sorry bout that.
i just wanted to see how many macs users own.
..........thou i don't think i'm in a hole right now............:apple::apple::apple:

I've had three over the years.
My first two were hand-me-downs: A Powerbook 150 and a Macintosh LC II. Both lasted a crazy long time.

Now I have a 2.4GHz Macbook.

Me personally I've only owned two (the first was a ten year old powerbook I just had to tinker with). But growing up in my family I can recall about 5.

Mac mini G4 (1.25GHz G4/1GB RAM/40GB HDD/32MB 9200) bought April 29, 2005
MacBook Pro (2GHz Core Duo/2GB RAM/100GB HDD/256MB X1600)
bought April 29, 2006

if i include my family, my dad has a PowerBook G5 (nice and narrow), and he also used to have a Blueberry iBook, which we still have.

Lets change that to a Blueberry iBook G3 Clamshell

I could answer the question in two ways:
1. Never more than four at a time. I think.
2. SE/30<-- yadda yadda -->MBP4,1

Here's a bonus question: how many of those ubiquitous apple stickers (rainbow to white) have YOU owned?

An entire closet full

Apple //e
Apple //c
Macintosh LCII
Macintosh Performa 575
Power Macintosh 5260
iMac DV (400MHz, Green)
eMac (700MHz)
Power Macintosh G5 (dual 2 GHz)
Mac Book Pro 17" (2.16 GHz Core Duo)

Number 10 will probably be a mid-range iMac sometime at the end of 2009 beginning of 2010... (if they still make those)

2001 - Powerbook G4 400 Mhz - OS 9
2004 - 17" iMac 1.8
2005 - Mac mini 1.42 GHz
2006 - Macbook 2.16 GHz
2008 - 2 x Mac mini 1.83 GHz
January 2009 - ??? depends what gets released @ MWSF, but probably an 8 core 2.8 refurb.

You mean PowerBook G4.

I think I've had 8 Macs of varying types...

i think you're right. 😉

not from your scant description. Try using it and looking at the "About This Mac" screen...

"narrow" makes me think of a 12" PowerBook G4.

it doesn't work anymore, but it says 😛OWERBOOK G4 on it, but can't find it on the net.
