I saw the midnight iPhone today in the store and it definitely had a dark blue tint in it.Well I can't argue with that as your friend actually has an iPhone 13 in midnight. All I'm going off is an AR render, so..

Go to the watch Series 7 page on apples site and view in AR. Zoom right into the midnight watch and you can clearly see the blue tint.
I would assume the watch will be the same exact shade
Thank you for this. I think Starlight looks really good in this, actually! For all of you, who are unsure about the color:
Midnight vs Starlight vs Silver Series 5
I’m no expert, but would think that anything “Product Red” will always be the same colour/shade/pantone colour.I,know, this is a long shot, but any idea about what shade of red the Red Product will be in Series 7?
The shades of product red can vary a lot through the years and different products. I think they have never looked the same as the ones before yet.I’m no expert, but would think that anything “Product Red” will always be the same colour/shade/pantone colour.
I don't own those bands, but I prefer the blue/moss green loop on my screen. Now my only decision is the abyss blue/moss green sports loop or the tornado/gray one. Anyone have either one? Or just have an opinion regardless?
I like the blue/moss green one. Have you checked out any Youtube reviews? The Juan and Only channel just released his review of the sports loops.I think I'm going to dive back into the Apple Watch world after having the S1. I've decided on the natural titanium case and I think I'll be going with a sports loop. I was going to get the dark cherry braided solo loop, but I think that's something I should probably go to a store to buy so I get the right size.

I have a blue S6, so am going for the (slightly different) blue again.
My wife has a ‘big’ birthday in a few weeks so I’m buying her a starlight S7.
We both have a small selection of straps so as soon as I can log on to the store I’ll order the standard configuration for the two watches - 45mm for me and 41mm for my wife. I’m hoping to be able to collect from the Belfast store on launch day.
It’s worth keeping in mind that Apple’s colours rarely match across devices even if they share a name.Well I can't argue with that as your friend actually has an iPhone 13 in midnight. All I'm going off is an AR render, so..
Thanks, yes I had already checked some reviews, including that one. I still can't decide, but I have 24 hours lol.I like the blue/moss green one. Have you checked out any Youtube reviews? The Juan and Only channel just released his review of the sports loops.
Apologies that I’m going to go on a bit. Finally someone getting the blue. Do you find you have trouble with bands that look good?
I am colour blind and would only see a difference if put side by side. Didn’t they used to put the copyright sign next to the description (product) red? In which case surely it can be any shade of red. Interesting question though. The shades of product red can vary a lot through the years and different products. I think they have never looked the same as the ones before yet.
The red looks great on S7. I am afraid if I won’t see it in person I won’t like it because of the differences between screens and real life. I love almost all types of red but the one on S6 - not my fave. I am tempted to wait until they hit the stores, to be able to see it in person. If not my type of red, then I guess the green will come home with me. If there is enough stock…I’ve played around with the color comparison thing on 9to5Mac, where you slide between the AW6 colors and the AW7 colors. I assume they’re just basing it on differences in Apple’s renders, so I would take it with a grain of salt. I am just waiting to see the real thing, either in reviews next Tuesday or after they hit the stores.

Apple Watch Series 7 FAQ: color comparisons, band compatibility, release date - 9to5Mac

Apologies that I’m going to go on a bit.
I’ve been a life long watch fan (I’m ½ Swiss). I still have an Omega that I bought with the whole of my first pay cheque in February 1970! I’ve accumulated over 20 watches. But I now only ever wear my AW. Notwithstanding it‘s called a “watch”, it’s nothing of the sort. It’s an incredibly powerful computer that you wear on your wrist and that looks like a watch. It’s science fiction come true.
I last year bought my wife an SE for her birthday and she’s spent the last year telling me it’s the best present she’s EVER had. So tomorrow I’m ordering a Series 7 for her big birthday - starlight case.
So … the only thing that I find a bit disappointing is that the different colours, on your wrist, are hardly noticeable. For me, the black leather link, blue loop, blue silicon, product red, Union Flag red, white & blue, all look good with my blue watch.
Depends on the light but yes it is a dark colourTorn between silver and graphite SS. Have the gold SS 5 but don’t like the new gold color. Also not a huge fan of black watches. Does graphite look black most of the time?
There's no silver aluminum option this year - closest is Starlight, which seems to be a champagne goldish beige color. If you want silver, you'll need to get the Stainless Steel model.I have a gold SE, but I also want a silver aluminum to match my silver jewelry.
