portrait mode has its uses but Apple has blown it out of proportion
Don’t get me wrong it’s intriguing, a great highlighter and a quality feature but it has limited uses

I agree that it’s a great feature, but I’m not sure why you think Apple ‘Blew it out of porportion’. Do you think the average iPhone user that uses portrait mode thinks its blown out of porportion? I think Apple made it creative and fun, and too many people on here (More specifically, a tech site) are making it way too serious over something that makes the camera functionality diverse versus just ‘Taking pictures’.

I think the only problem with portrait mode is that it is a beta version, not ready. It cannot be used seriously, bit probably good enough for people that do not understand a thing about good photography

Why does it have to be used seriously? Photos can just be ‘for fun’ you know?
My photos aren’t going up in a gallery or glossy magazine.
