Mine has had two individual $1.00 charges, but not the actual price charge. Ordered from Apple on 6/10. Still says not shipped.

I have the two $1 charges, and the actual charge. Still says not yet shipped but it also says priority as the shipping type instead of standard. Wonder if that means it's shipping via USPS now instead of fedex?

If you cancel your order at Apple, and try to place another order your AT&T line will be flagged as not eligible for an upgrade.

This is because AT&T puts a hold on your upgrade. You have to call the Apple Store. From there, they have to reestablish your old order and place a new item on your order. This has to be done by a Tier 2 (or supervisor) CSR.

I cancelled this morning thinking I could quickly place a new order for a 32GB (instead of a 16GB), and had to go through this entire process.

They said I have to wait 24 hours for everything to clear up. What did you say to them when this happened to you?

when your guy's iphones are being moved from not yet shipped to "prepared for shipment" does they send you an email the second that status changes? or do they just send you an email when your order has shipped?

Hmm.. On June 8, I originally ordered a 16GB iPhone 3Gs from Apple's online store.

A few hours later I decided that the 32GB for just $100 was just too good of a deal, so I cancelled the previous order and ordered a 32GB.

I didn't get anything re: any kind of flag or anything. Although -- my order has not shipped yet, it is just "prepared for shipment" still.

Not too bad. I ordered on 8th without any change in order later. Now still "not yet shipped".

Figured I'd add to the post once again. Ordered after 5 on June 8 and still showing not yet shipped. However, I do have a pending charge on my credit card, although it hasn't technically been charged yet. I'm still not concerned. I won't be until probably Wednesday if it's still not updated. I want it Friday, and will be upset if it doesn't come, but if it doesn't, no biggie. It's just a phone. I'll get it when I get it. Besides, Apple has never given me a reason to doubt them, so when they say June 19, I believe June 19.

Noticed someone mentioning this in another thread, and checked on my order.

Still not shipped yet, but the shipping has changed from standard to priority. So now it is shipping on the 19th with expected delivery as the 22nd instead of the 24th. Still weird, but hopefully this is a good sign.

Says delivery by 6/16, weird...

Ordered from Apple for 32GB black on 6/12
Shipping Confirmation 6/15

UPS has "Your package is on time with a scheduled delivery date of 06/18/2009".

I'm in CA. I'd rather it was FEDEX for ease of pickup at the facility. UPS, you need to call in and have it on will call after it misses delivery.
