Hey, The mirror is Reflective Dock from Cydia. The 5 icons is Five-Column SB also from Cydia.
How it looks now, with new LockInfo installed and tweaked

Once you download Reflective Dock you can add a reflection to all icons if you wish. Also change the reflection direction, length etc.

The blue wallpaper ? Its an alternate wallpaper from the theme, but you can use any you want just use iphonebrowser or WinSCP to put it on

I got an invite. They actually have an iPhone formatted version of it that you can use in Safari. I just added the icon to my homepage. It's actually nice because it's one of those full screen webapps, so when I open it, I don't see the Safari toolbar and stuff. how do you tweak LockInfo??
You have to SSH into it's directory then you can tweak the javascript (.js) and stylesheet (.css) files to your liking. It helps if you know java/javascript and HTML.

A popular theme for it is called Gruppled. It's pretty easy to customize if you know javascript and HTML. To get the weather to show on the lockscreen I believe you'll need to download both WeatherIcon LockInfo and Weather Icon (2 different things) and also a Weather Icon theme such as Illumine from Cydia (someone correct if I'm wrong). Also, if you want to use the clock with the Gruppled theme you'll probably want to use Lockscreen Clock Hide to hide the current clock (in the http://david.ashman.com/apt/ repo, not /beta/, I think). And 20 Second Lock Screen helps a bit, it gives you more time to actually look at the info on the lockscreen before going black. Use this thread if you have any questions.
