• I placed my order through the Premier site around 1pm CDT on June 15.
• On 6/17, status through Premier changed to “Attention,” indicating that Premier was unable to verify my credit card information. Spoke to Premier ~ 1pm on June 17, where I learned that I mistyped my credit card number. Rep was able to enter the correct information, told me order had gone through appropriately, and that my order should still go out with everyone else on the 24th. Rep also stated that my account status through Premier should update in 12-24 hours.
Today (6/21)
• Order status through Premier has yet to update – still lists status as “Attention.” Automated Premier phone message says that my order is processing and should complete in the next business day.
• I have seen no credit card authorizations or charges of any kind or amount.
• No shipping confirmation or tracking number yet.
• Cannot access the regular AT&T order status page - I get the error OS001.
• I Just got through on the phone to Premier rep to ensure my correct credit card info was entered on 6/17. Rep told me that everything looks good on his end, and that as far as he can tell my order should be shipped shortly and should arrive in the 6/24 to 6/25 window. When I mentioned that the Premier account status webpage hadn't updated, Rep laughed and said that the page isn't at all accurate and shouldn’t be relied on. Instead, customers should either (a) call and speak to a rep or (b) be patient and wait for AT&T to send you an email
The rep was very nice and answered my questions, but I don’t know that I believe I’ll actually have my phone by Friday.
2nd time around, still no change. I asked her to re-process the order. She put me on hold for about 5 min, and said I should expect more information on the status page later today.did you actually speak to someone? they can process it for you.
One other data point. When checking my order on Premier, it reads:

On the email it reads correctly that this is an upgrade.
Consider yourself lucky. This thread is for people that can't even see their order in the AT&T regular order tracking site.I placed a preorder for two iPhones (me & wife) through Premier on 6/15 at 5:30AM EST. Order status on the Premier is stuck on processing with a Last Updated of 6/19. Checking the ATT&T regular order status shows that the order was placed on 6/19, and stuck IN PROGRESS, with backordered on everything.
I'm on hold right now... going to keep on pushing this.I dunno, I think the rep I had this morning was overwhelmed from all the crazy customers this week. She wanted me off the phone ASAP and refused to manually process the order over the phone.
Sounds about right to me. At this point I'm resigned to expecting a new phone in 1-2 weeks... I've wasted a little too much time on this whole ordeal.Those of you in a similar situation (OS001 until recently) are probably just the unlucky ones that somehow got bumped to the end of the line with me, and I doubt we'll see our phones 6/24. I expect to maybe see the non-backordered one on 6/25, but probably won't see the backordered one until at least 6/28. (unfortunately the backordered one is replacing my broken phone, so it looks like i'll be phoneless for another week.)

Pissed off right now. Summary of my situation:
1. Preordered through ATT Premier @ 12:10 PM Central on the 15th
2. Date ordered through premier site shows 15th and has a check mark under processed
3. Date ordered in regular ATT status shows 06/16/2010 and still backordered
I called asking WTF is it still backordered when people who purchased after me are already having theirs shipped.
CSR replied there was a problem in their system with many credit cards on the 15th even if they were entered correctly and the orders had to manually be entered in on the 16th. Then continued stating that the charge will show up on my bill instead of credit card once it's shipped out.
I then said so ATT lied when it said orders will ship on first come first serve basis.
CSR said i'm sorry.
I said this sucks.
CSR said, I right now see 5100 on backorder and 10000 coming in shipment by this evening so I'm fairly confident that you'll receive yours on the 24th. He told me to check again tommorow morning and if not updated with tracking to call back.
So basically even though i ordered early, I might not be getting it on launch day...
I think the short answer at this point is that there's nothing you can do. If your billing information is correct, and there are no holds on your order, apparently all we can do is wait and hope that AT&T processes our order.WTF do we do?

Until someone tells us whether there's a specific instruction to tell the CSR, they're all going to do pretty much the same thing -- verify your account info, look to see if there are any flags on it, and then tell you to wait.
