It's a hologram affect made by someone who messed up with a rotary buffer. Waxing won't fix it. You'll need to bring it to someone who knows what they are doing with a rotary buffer. It won't take them long, but it will require skill. Look for a very reputable detailer in your area.

So I'm sure a lot of MacRumors people are really into photography. My question is how do I take better pictures with my phone? I took the ones of my dashboard while still. But these didn't come quite as well.
