I snapped these like an hour ago in my backyard. I'm also shocked how amazing the marco shots come out and how fast the shutter really is. The "tap to focus" feature is brilliant and the control of depth of field is quite impressive as well.

nothing at all. uploaded str8 to iPhoto and then uploaded to Photobucket.

i've gotten some superb shots since friday, more than satisfied with the cam/video features

If you have the talent and are gonna take a great picture, why take it with phone camera instead of a real quality camera?
And if you don´t have talent, same thing. That crappy photo is still gonna look better with the quality camera instead of a phone camera.

I know I would rather watch a better quality photo, bigger resolution, more details, better colors, lights, shadows and so on...

Now I´m not saying you cannot take a good photo with iPhone or other phone cameras. All I´m saying is, that camera still matters a lot and that article is BS.

Too bad Ken Rockwell is an idiot. While I agree with the general premise that an understanding of lighting, composition etc matter more than the equipment, the gear still impacts image quality and ability to use that talent and understanding to make the picture.

My company was part of a Business and Energy expo that was held at Yankee stadium today.

They let us go on the field, dugout and the player locker room. Though no pics were allowed inside the locker room. It was awesome to say the least.
