Impressive how consistent you are. I picked it up quite a bit in March. A lot of workouts of different types; even used it for lane swimming. Finally got the award for monthly move goal.

Here is when I first started recording my cardio workouts about 12 years ago.
...
Here's a sampling of my inconsistency -- you can easily see the days I wore my other watches instead.

Not much for competition (except with myself) and don't like swimming or running more than about 12 miles. Also consider weight training my first love. But I do try to stay active.Amazing. Mind I ask what kind of workouts you do? Is it for anything specific, or building up to events of some sort (like marathons, triathlons, etc)?....
I was walking back and forth at a lazy river 8 hours a day as a lifeguard over the summer. Not wearing my watch was extremely painful.Lol, not bad. Last summer I was finishing the basement in my house, along with doing some demolition. It killed me at first not to wear the watch while doing that construction type of work.

This mornings run. Elevation gain is actually 1322' (my 620 doesn't have a barometer).

I firmly believe (and practice) that proper fitness and health require a commitment to the trifecta of nutrition, cardio and strength training.Awesome. I've been running, cycling and swimming for several years now. Literally this past week just started with weights for the first time in my life. Been enjoying combining it with the cardio.
Do you still use a Garmin watch or something other than the Apple Watch to track outdoor runs?
That's cool, I see a number of people wearing Apple Watches throughout the water park, and I shower with mine everyday. The only reason I won't wear it is I know that when I make a rescue is gonna get all messed up. My suspension was confirmed when another lifeguard made a rescue to later find they could no longer read the time on their watch from how scratched it was.LOL. I was so worried about using the watch in water or a pool. But recently I started using it during my lane swimming. Really wanted to track all activity I was doing and it's been working well (well, minus a good swimming function on the watch). I'm impressed how clear and visible the screen is under water.

I wear a Garmin 620 (andWatch of course) when doing cardio. I consider the 620 as my cardio/fitness monitor and the
Watch as my over all health monitor.

First is the worst and after 1 mile they are all relatively about the same until you get to about 8 to 10 miles.....I'd like to be able to run 5-6 miles per day but not sure I can get that far lol
Almost forgot it's a new month so here is #14.

I started running a few months back. I did the c25K app and it's worked well. Did my first 5k a month ago. I'd like to be able to run 5-6 miles per day but not sure I can get that far lol
