Impressive how consistent you are. I picked it up quite a bit in March. A lot of workouts of different types; even used it for lane swimming. Finally got the award for monthly move goal.

Here's a sampling of my inconsistency -- you can easily see the days I wore my other watches instead.

11 for 11

Here is when I first started recording my cardio workouts about 12 years ago.

...

Amazing. Mind I ask what kind of workouts you do? Is it for anything specific, or building up to events of some sort (like marathons, triathlons, etc)?

Lol, not bad. Last summer I was finishing the basement in my house, along with doing some demolition. It killed me at first not to wear the watch while doing that construction type of work.

Not much for competition (except with myself) and don't like swimming or running more than about 12 miles. Also consider weight training my first love. But I do try to stay active.

This mornings run. Elevation gain is actually 1322' (my 620 doesn't have a barometer).

I was walking back and forth at a lazy river 8 hours a day as a lifeguard over the summer. Not wearing my watch was extremely painful.

Awesome. I've been running, cycling and swimming for several years now. Literally this past week just started with weights for the first time in my life. Been enjoying combining it with the cardio.

Do you still use a Garmin watch or something other than the Apple Watch to track outdoor runs?

LOL. I was so worried about using the watch in water or a pool. But recently I started using it during my lane swimming. Really wanted to track all activity I was doing and it's been working well (well, minus a good swimming function on the watch). I'm impressed how clear and visible the screen is under water.

I firmly believe (and practice) that proper fitness and health require a commitment to the trifecta of nutrition, cardio and strength training.

I wear a Garmin 620 (and :apple:Watch of course) when doing cardio. I consider the 620 as my cardio/fitness monitor and the :apple:Watch as my over all health monitor.

That's cool, I see a number of people wearing Apple Watches throughout the water park, and I shower with mine everyday. The only reason I won't wear it is I know that when I make a rescue is gonna get all messed up. My suspension was confirmed when another lifeguard made a rescue to later find they could no longer read the time on their watch from how scratched it was.

Couldn't agree more. I've had Garmin and TomTom watches that I've used in the past, but man are they annoying to wear after using an Apple Watch.

Ahh, great point.

Wow. You all are so dedicated that's awesome.

I wear my watch for like three hours a day when I remember it, lol.

Plus i need to save my energy for that new Britney release.

^Quite impressive. I consider myself pretty active (gym, running, cycling, swimming, soccer) yet still have days where I need a break or rest. Amazing how you fill every single day with workouts.

I started running a few months back. I did the c25K app and it's worked well. Did my first 5k a month ago. I'd like to be able to run 5-6 miles per day but not sure I can get that far lol

From a couple weeks back, meant to share. Most I've ever recorded in the activity app for a day (move and exercise). I completed an olympic distance triathlon for the first time that morning:

Used the watch during the whole thing - 1500m swim, 40km bike and 10km run.

Almost forgot it's a new month so here is #14.

Still amazed how not only have you filled the circles every single day, but also have workouts recorded too.

First is the worst and after 1 mile they are all relatively about the same until you get to about 8 to 10 miles.

Also my 12th year in a row in timed group A in the Peachtree Road Race 10K (world's largest 10K).

Crazy - 60,000 runners and up to 150,000 spectators???

Well done! Keep running and training - with time you can build to do that daily.

Well I'm sad. My move streak ended at 417 days when I was forced to send my apple watch in for repair :(

Thanks guys. I was tired of being fat and lazy. Lol. I love having the watch/phone to keep me activated. Not sure I'll ever do half or full marathons but a buddy wants to me to Ragnar next year with him so I'm trying my best
