Started back in the groove after finals. Pretty good day, didn't want to push myself much on the first day

Best one I have done in a while. I only doubled my goal because I decided to not stop until the podcast I was listening to finished.
 
Just made today's goal. I noticed I was about 100 calories short so I went on the elliptical for about 10 minutes. Also did a 30 minute run earlier in the day.

I am obsessed with filling those rings every day. Aside from launch day and May 11th when i was unwell i've managed every day so far. The watch is a wonderful motivational tool.

Off to my home gym (aka the garage) now :)

Oh, and for the record, the distances on the treadmill were 100% accurate and I haven't even taken my watch on an outdoor run yet.
 
Here is mine....I would have filled out the first day rings but I was confused how they exactly worked on that day.

I have records of every cardio workout I've done since 2004.:eek: So this is nothing new to me.:D

I want to know how you guys are burning over 1000 calories. I work my butt off at the gym for about an hour and maybe burn 300. Wtf..

I know! This is making me feel bad about it all. I only started working out near the new year (hah), have been slowly getting good, went down from weighing 175lbs to 150 lbs, so felt pretty good that I was spending 45 minutes at the gym, burning about 400 active calories per day (estimate since I didn't have any fitness trackers before the Apple Watch). I don't see how you guys manage to burn 1000+! Give us some tips :D

My best one so far. The 400% Move Goal is so hard to achieve. I need to do it some day!

The 11th and 12th don't count because the 12th was the day I got the watch and it was really late in the afternoon. Aside from those two glaring holes, I've met my pretty standard goals every day.
