How the hell do you burn 2000+ Active calories ?
It was a cardio day. I spent an hour doing elliptical in the AM. Then, after work, 45 mins of it and then did some abs and another 45 mins of it again. I had Wendy's burger for lunch though. It was over a mile of walking to the restaurant.

Rings/stats of yesterday.

Here's mine

Yes, I suck at getting those rings full. But I don't do sports, except on Friday. But that's badminton, I don't use my Watch then. Might do that anyway next time. :p

Most of my activity on Monday to Friday is just walking to school and of course walking back home (to bus stops, train stations etc). Keep in mind I study IT. Biggest part of my education is just about sitting behind my notebook, haha.

You sure as hell aint OCD lol

Thanks! Yeah the day that bothers me is the 12:th in which I did exercise but left the watch charging at home. Thought Runkeeper would add data to the activity app anyway but sadly it didn't.

I forgot to log a workout a few days ago, so I was a few hundred calories short. So I did another workout later in the day, lol

My rings for today are currently all at 0 (haven't worn the watch since last night), so I've not anything to post here.

However, just wanted to say these Activity rings are my favourite part of the Apple Watch. I do suspect that the calories burned is a little flattering, but completing my rings is a massive motivation. To the point now where I'll go for a morning run then do something small in the evening just to hit my targets.

I actually don't think they're flattering. Of course there's no way Apple would know you're exact calorie burn unless they have your data but my calorie burn is less on the activity app then in all other apps I've tested.

I agree, I actually think they are very conservative.
I hate fitness trackers/ gym equipment that has you burning like a thousand calories an hour!

If so then awesome. I've been pushing myself to run faster/further, but the calories burned seemed a little higher than I expected. I'm a fairly big guy though not used to working out so it doesn't take much to get my heart rate up

i am so lazy i should be fat but i havent gained a single kg for like 5 years lol. bless my genes
