My new internet speed: 2 Gigabit (2 x 1000Mbps) connections and i'm using a dual-wan router. :cool:
I won't post a speedtest screenshot as i can't go over 800-850 Mbps (dk why), but my torrent speed is pretty good: 1300-1400 Mbps (~170 MBps)

I get 80-85% CPU usage on a i7. :)

I need to invest in some enterprise SSDs, i killed two Samsungs in less than 2 months (i write ~3TB per day on them).

VM have finally completed their infrastructure upgrades leaving me with these:


I was plagued with outages and slowdowns every weekend, but things are now stable, and whilst the extra DL is nice, I was more interested in the upload boost.....:)

Went from a ~10 year old Comcast modem and a ~5 year old DVR box to an Xfinity modem and DVR box this morning. What a difference.

It is usually slower on my iPad. I get 60 down and 30 up (MBPS) on my windows PC.
