Was driving half the day and went to a water park for seven hours without my watch. Almost had a heart attack when I realized I would probably loose my 200 day streak. Drova back and had to get **** done, 6 km 30 min run right before bed. Haven't felt my asthma in years but yesterday I did.

Got the medal and calories done. Lost my perfect stand hours by one measly hour.

Arh damn that was close, but at least the streak is only the movement ring - I know exactly how you feel - would drive home to get it if I forgot my watch (except I would never forget it just to keep track of everything ;-) )

Was OoT and at my dad's in coastal Georgia. Spotty and slow AT&T cell service. Did a decent >10 miles run and keep the first 5 at an under 8 minute pace. Allergies slowed me down after that.

Rural and ran the full 2 miles length in the middle of this 'main' road without seeing a single car (8am).

I wanted to do it right, but I usually do my exercising in the gym because I need a flat surface to walk with a crutch. There is an old outdoor mall near my house with sidewalks all the way across, so I left my car at one abandoned end, walked past the few remaining stores, and all the way to the other abandoned end - and back. Very pleased with myself, and I got the badge and stickers.

Quick question regarding badges, mine always state my forename and surname, where in the settings can i get this just to say my forename?

Actually if you need the incentive of a badge to go for a walk, you sir a the bigger fool. For myself, I do enjoy one day off from the exercise regimen and it happens to be yesterday.

Also feel free to search for my post from a 20000kj (5000 Cal) day. I'm sure you'll give me a badge for that.

He's not a fool for being motivated by the achievement system. You are most welcome to take days off and also to take Saturday off, but you sir are a fool for cheating the device to give you a medal you didn't deserve - not him for being motivated by it
