hotwire - that looks pretty nice. Is it my eyes playing tricks on me, or is that TV at a little bit of an angle?

That's what I was thinking, but I was trying to be subtle in my questioning!cause its off google

I like the samsung BR player better and I use a Harmony 1000 to control them all. If there is a way to control the PS3 with the Harmony i havent been told it yet. As for why HDDVD and X360, well I hate the 360 interface and I hate dongles.
Logitech hasn't came out with a remote that includes support for the PS3 as it uses Bluetooth and not IR. I've been holding out for a new remote for that exact reason.
I control my PS3 with a harmony remote, just buy the Nyko IR remote for the PS3 from Best Buy (it's like $15). It comes with an IR usb device that plugs directly into the PS3, the Harmony software even has a preset for the Nyko PS3 remote built-in.
I just don't want to have to plug in an IR receiver, I like the PS3's clean look.![]()
I thought I had posted here before but a search for my name didn't appear. So here's mine (not from google):
Man, all those wires behind your stuff would drive me insane! I don't understand when people buy thin/glass setups but don't do any cable management/hiding?
HD DVD isn't built in on the 360.
I'd say the tiny little IR device is very small and hard to notice. In my opinion, if you can see your devices in any setup as a focal point then you fail.
Also, the PS3 is about as ugly as a console can get.![]()

I'm currently using my 24" Dell as a TV because my 52" POS television took a crap, so i'll be picking up a new one in a week or so.
