Halp.....last time :)

Blinded, or someone else, I have one last adjustment I need to make. Didn't think it was going to bother me this much but, well, it did. The only other change I need to make is with the Month on the SB widget. It's a little too high now that I've dropped everything else in the widget. Problem is, don't know where the code for this thing is in here. Any clues :confused:

Look for this line # 2383 or just search the page (cmd + F), all you need to do is change the value "top:298px;" a little higher.

Code:
/* Calendar Widget Month Display Command - Positioning */

	<table style="position: absolute;top: 298px; left: 25px; width: 90px; height: 481px;">

can you guys help me move the city name a little to the left?
i am using lexs lockscreen.
code attatched.

first of all you list the wrong file.. look for either in Widget/Wallpaper.html or Stylesheet for a .css file now look for this:

Code:
#city{										/* Weather City Position */

	position: absolute; top: 362px; right: -210px; down: 0px; left: 0px; width: 320px; height: 461px;
 //      display: none;
	text-align: right;
	font-family: Helvetica;
	font-size: 13px;
	font-weight: normal;
	color: #ffffff;
	text-shadow: 0px -1px 0px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.7);
	text-transform: capitalize;
	opacity: 0.9;

and to move to the left SUBTRACT the left px value...

save and respring

Can i also suggest to lower the font size as well JMO...

Maybe not the correct thread for this but what the heck. How can I make the folder icons transparent in iOS 4.1? TIA.

I have been using some of LEX's deisgned lockscreen widgets from the post your screen thread. These are put together with .html that point them toward the LockBackground.png in the theme folder.

Problem is, I have a nifty Battery charge theme that'd I'd like to see when charging. I have placed the Battery theme above the Lockscreen widget theme in winterboard, but it still doesn't show the battery charging screen any more. Any way to keep the wallpaper attached to the lockscreen theme but still have it switch to the battery charge theme when charging?

Ok, I'm using the same widget, but for some reason, while the clock updates normally, the calendar is not...anyone know a reason why the date highlighted will not change unless I respring?

I believe it's called Transparent Folder Icon in Cydia. I use this one myself and works great on 4.1. There's quite a few clear/transparent folder icon themes in Cydia so you have a couple to choose from.

Ad banners

Suddenly today I'm finding that those little ad banners (iads?) that appear in some of the applications are sticking on my screen for 15 or 20 secs after I close the application. It is very consistent with all of the apps that include these ads. Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions to fix? I know there are some ad banner removers(?) but I don't know anything about them or which one is considered the best.

Thanks in advance for your help!

See what I mean MAP? All kinds of questions left unanswered when asked in this thread :confused:

Tammie, can you post the weather and week day widget in that first pic of your home screen?

I could be wrong but have you placed a background in the theme file? That could be what is causing your issues.

this is going to sound very noob.. but i have been trying to figure out how to add lexs widget and i can't seem to figure out how... i have edited all the files to add it, but i can't figure our how to physically put it on my phone... there are no .theme files or anything.. i know... super noob. just got my iphone yesterday and still pretty new to everything.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8C148 Safari/6533.18.5)

I can post it tomorrow morning when I get to my computer. I've placed wallpapers in the themes it's something with the script...the blue question mark in the middle is still there and the first screen shot shows a white outside border... :-(

When my themes are in use I'm not getting the widgets on the home screen. Should I be doing something different with the folder? Do I package it up in a theme?

It depends you can have your icons/Bundles/info Plist/wallpaper in a folder in winterboard I have mine as My icons and then I have the widgest in other folder tick both in winterboard and that should work fine.

This way if I get bored with a widget I can replace it with another widget which is in another folder

So different widget and same icons
