That is absurd. Do you honestly use all of those apps and games...
Not daily, but I do use most of them. The games, not so much, just because I'm hooked on a certain couple. I do like to mix it up occasionally
The way I saw it, I may not use an app often but when I want it, it's there. I have the space so whatever haha
Edit - After you said that I went back and cleaned them up a bit, and the only folder I really deleted stuff from was Location/Food as I mainly use Google Places to find stuff as opposed to "Around Me" or "FoodSpotting"
Photography has a camera, few editing apps, photobucket and 4 wallpaper apps. They usually have different ones
Location/Food now has the important stuff like GPS, Google Places, GasBuddy, Trapster, AAA, Mapquest, and Papa Johns
The Shopping folder has a couple product searches because a certain one won't always find a scanned product, and the restare individual retailers.
Utilities:
My Verizon
USAA (bank)
Dictation (could probably delete that but it has come in handy once before)
Google Translate
Appbox Pro (some useful stuff in there)
SpeedTest
Heart Rate (badass app

)
Ringtone Maker
Skype
5-0 Radio Police Scanner
Utilities 2 is other misc stuff I use occasionally
BatteryDoctor
PayPal (could probably get rid of)
JetBlue (fly them frequently)
Fake-A-Call (amusing app, probably delete)
Knocking Vid (still need to play with it but seems really cool)
Dropbox
INitrox (for scuba diving)
Appshopper and FreeAppADay
Entertainment is, well, all entertainment stuff,
Radios, movie listings, movie streaming, fml, etc.
Informational is all my news, local and global, some astronomy stuff, and weather
The games are questionable. There are a few I'm sure I could delete but my gaming moods vary. One moment I may want to play NFS: Hot Pursuit and the next I may just want to toss paper into a trash can. Some demos I could get rid of though.
But yeah, after your comment I went back and questioned myself, and most of this stuff comes in handy at one time or another, whether I use it regularly or not.
