I'm happy that you like my screens, but they are both personal photos and I would be nervous about them floating around the internet. Also I don't know how to share personally made screens. Had I copied them from somewhere, I'd be happy to share, especially my home screen since it is my take on the ubiquitous Windows screen. That being the most copied photo ever taken.

No. It is possible without jailbreak and it was explained in a prior post. I believe it was somewhere on the second page of posts.
