If you mean by rotating your iPad while the widget rotates with it, then no. It stays still unfortunately.

The apple logo is just one of my notifications that I use using OpenNotifier.

Edit: Just changed it so now my lock rotation icon displays the apple logo instead. :)

This is my contribution to the thread. This is a Z/ui Glass mod done by Hurst, which I then modified to fit the iPad. I don't want to post a link because, aside of resizing icons, none of the work is my own. If you message me, I'll give it to you...

Wyldryce could you further explain how you removed the picture frame icon from the lock screen?

DO what? haahaa. Shrink, i've never heard of it. I would love to make my ipad have the same look at my iphone...

Do iphone 4 themes work on the ipad2?

Is there a tweak that doesn't effect my home screen layout when i go from Landscape to portrait?

Shrink is an app available in Cydia. It allows you to resize your icons and remove labels without having to respring. You can even scale the icon badges and adjust the page indicators. I have it on both my iPhone 4 and iPad 2.

As far as the themes go, majority of the iPhone themes don't follow suit as iPad themes. Mainly because you are dealing with different sizes in icons, status bars, and many other ui's.
 
how do you change the slide arrow to another icon using winterboard? i tried downloading sliders but they don't appear
 
If I find a lock screen I like in a theme how can I use just the lock screen from one theme and the icons from another while using my own wallpaper? I know this is basic for some but I can't figure it out.

Thanks! I got it on but some of the icons haven't changed. Cydia for example. I found a couple other websites that have Suave on them and downloaded the icon packs from them. How do I add custom made icons to my iPad?
