    9.7 iPad Pro 128g wi-fi only
    Cox Cable Internet for wi-fi
    ATT Wireless LTE for hotspot

    First is Hotspot:

Then using Cox and Cisco wi-fi AP 2.4

Surprised at the speed of Hotspot. Would be interesting to see the speeds others are getting through internal cell data connections.

Keep in mind that cellular data is a shared resource and speed is dependent on a number of factors including signal strength and congestion. In LA Metro area, I think the last time I saw 20+Mbps on AT&T LTE was back when the iPhone 5 was first released.

400+ speeds are on my wifi at home with the right server, slower speeds (below 300) are to small, slower servers. The filesize speedtest.app uses is to small, I can easily get higher with larger files.
90+ speeds are on LTE. Nothing special but not bad either.
    Edit: it's on a 12.9

Darn, everyone has good internet connections. I hate Xfinity, I wish Google had offered their internet to my city instead of the one next to me (which is smaller and less developed) Bah! lol
